“A TASTE OF YOUR GENTLE LIPS” The picture effect, as my eyes gaze upon you, is a woman, with sensuous lips that has desire. Loving touches she craves, knowing not from where, perhaps one she has met, stokes the flames of her fire. Ruby red lips appearing, as they are shown, so soft and tender, to my most sensitive senses. The entirety of the smile I see that they make, is gentle, but hides her aches behind painful fences. Lips moist and wet, as the peaceful falling rain, and having bodily cravings, of heartfelt passion. I stare and they affect me to my inner being, and wanting them close is my only fashion. Suggestively painted with a deeper crimson, so enticing, when I see how they are apart. Warm they must be to another's kiss, but why not mine, it will come from my heart. You're temping me, and I'm beckoned, but please be aware, all I want is something to be said. My sensations are churning, and my thoughts run wild, I want to touch them with mine, as we lie in my bed. My longing heart desires, and craves for your response, for loving touches, and many warm caresses awaits you. So for an answer I listen, but one heard must be sincere, I’ll know by your words that encourage, and ones that ensue. Your voice whispers with all sincerity, and with much meaning, and it closes around my timorous heart, as it hears your reply. Hands touch and tightly clench, and many promises are spoken, as I become closer to those exciting lips, of one that will gratify. Lastly, together we lay, in the peacefulness of the night, and I touch you softly with my delicate fingertips. A flaming yearning comes from deep within my soul, as I desire, "A Taste Of Your Gentle Lips". Bill Charles |

I found it all to be wonderful... but this particularly stood out to me as very well said... "Lips moist and wet, as the peaceful falling rain, and having bodily cravings, of heartfelt passion. I stare and they affect me to my inner being, and wanting them close is my only fashion." -jaimie www.ladysixstring.com |

Hello Bill...desire is certainly fruitful inspiration for poetry, isn't it? You've shared your feelings very well in these words, dear. ~ Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |

Bill I don't think there are enough words in the English language to describe the feelings that come out from reading your poem. Another one of your romantic pens! didi |

Bill this is once again amazingly romantic. You have a wonderful pen for romance and I love how the title gets tied into the beautiful flowing lines. |
