We've been through valleys low
We've stood on mountains high
Shared each others laughter
And the pain each other'd cry

We've fought many battles
We've over came them all
We've stood up together
And together we'd fall

We've traveled down life's road
With all its twists and turns
Not always listening
To each others concerns

You've reached out and touched me
And you've made me feel whole
With tenderness and caring
You've touched deep in my soul

What e're roads we travel
Or what twists life might take
I'm glad you're my partner
You're my hearts keepsake

God brought us together
As two partners for life
For us to grow stronger
As a man and his wife

I would've picked no other
To walk with by my side
You are my confidant
My light, my loving guide

I love you!

So sweet and heartfelt, this is wonderful. Makes me wish I had someone to call my own

I can feel the adoring love in this.
What a wonderful poem ... especially
with Valentine's Day just around the corner.

Trevor thanks! I appreciate that! One day you will find someone you love also! Not to easy, lots of ups and downs! But rewarding nontheless!

Michael thanks! A long time coming that's for sure! It's wonderful I tell ya!

ROFL @ you Tori! Actually he asked for a frame so he can hang it in his office. But hey, I have plenty hanging around here! hehe     Just in case!  LOL  Love ya girl! Thanks!!!!!

Devina how sweet! Thanks, I'll let him know. haha

Marge thanks! Actually that's kind of why I wanted to write something for him. He has never had a poem from me, just to darn hard for me to come out with the words I want to say. I still didn't but this will have to do!
He said he likes it, and thanked me and all.

Serenity, I do want what I have. I thank God for what I have! Thank you!

I can imagine this as handwritten wedding vows on the back of shopping receipts. But then, I've always had an "interesting" imagination.   Thanks for sharing.

LOL Melanie! Maybe that's what did the trick ya think? haha...it's still not what I wanted. Thanks sweetie!

Thank you Michael, I "know" that you have one of those too!

Thank you Mom    A bit biased or what? LOL
Really thank you very much!

Many thanks to you Martie!

WOW! What a surprise to see this round again! Thanks Lucky!  Can't say that I have, but I thought we'd have a new page a while back.

Rosemary thanks so very much! It's an honor if someone likes it enough to read it more than once
