The mountain answered me It clearly touches in the sky. This towering mountain reaching high, A granite grey and crowned in white. White clouds round snow of awesome sight. And there I stood beneath its crown The smallest speck of quilted brown. Inspired by the climbing sun. Turning grey to a golds homespun. And humbleness usurp my mood Surrounded me with solitude. Demeaned my space as out of place. This grandeur of heavenly grace. I felt a stranger passing by. Just like a camera, just an eye. Taking in the passing splendor. In the fullness of surrender. So I cupped my hands and screamed hello And I was answered, by the echo. |

"In the fullness of surrender" Isn't surrender freeing? You've painted the mountain with the colours of reverance...so graciously expressed. |
