Thankyou everyone for your kindness and support

I need to collect my thoughts for a few days
I tend to get strange ideas sometimes ... I guess I'm worried that something I've posted ( poem or response ) has offended someone ... if this is so, please let me know, so I can give a proper apology

I write poetry only to try and bring laughter to people and possibly I have overlooked the sensitive
feelings of so many of you who are going through some trying times. I want you all to know that I have no intent to poke fun at anyone

Please promise to tell me if I offend you in any way
because your feelings mean more to me ( and others )
than you might think.

If my next few poems are not so funny ... fear not ... and please don't feel you need to reply to anything I write ... just remember to tell me if I offend you

Not a chance (Ha!).
The variety is what makes this place work,
and I doubt the humor you add with some of
your writings is hardly offensive.
On the contrary,
the smiles generated are just what "some of us" need!

REX HOW COULD YOU OFFEND SOMEONE BY THE FEELINGS THAT YOU HAVE? (THE POETRY YOU WRITE) THEM ARE YOUR FEELINGS. YOUR OUTLOOK ON THINGS. WHAT YOU THINK. AND FOR THE RESPONCES....RESPONCES GOOD AND BAD ARE APPRECIATED. IF YOU ONLY COMMENT BY SAYING THE GOOD THINGS THEN THE WRITER WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT IT IS THEY SHOULD WORK ON. I HAVENT READ ANY OF YOUR COMMENTS FOR ANYONE ELSE AND I DONT BELIEVE (COULD BE MISTAKEN) THAT YOU HAVE GIVIN ME ANY BUT THE ONLY WAY I COULD SEE SOMETHING WRONG WITH A RESPONCE IS IF YOUR PUTTING DOWN HOW THE WRITER IS FEELING.
