If I, but one a mortal mere
could rid the world of
  each sad tear;
And lift the spirits, lift
the high;
And niether smile, nor warmth
  deny
The words I'd give would
  flow afree
and speak of loves
  pure destiny.....

Very nice Dee. very nice indeed. I enjoy the shorter more heartfelt pieces sometimes much more than a lengthier storybook piece.

Yes, there is much beauty in your brief words! I often prefer shorter poems, as well, simply because I find it difficult to focus for very long at a time. Wonderful sentiment, Dee. Thanks!
