Peace By: Amy M. Kennedy I know the words of this song I think I’ve known them all along The words of my soul A familiar feeling is washing over me Thing becoming clearer, I now can see In the light of the morning I know this tune in my heart I am happy now, at least this is a start Feeling at peace with myself It’s a new day, a new beginning Perhaps today will have a happy ending My heart is smiling A calm surrounds me as I close my eyes I know things are going to be okay I smile and let out a sigh ~Live today as though it were your last but prepare for tomorrow as though it were here~ |
