Crux

Tied up in your mystery
i was bound by your charm
the crux of a heartbreak
infinite harm
trusting again
but it was a trap
out on a limb i swayed
then i heard the snap
plummeting down
to a fate i created
should have seen it coming
my demise belated
i die another death
suffering torments untold
my brain tripped a breaker
my heart stone cold
till i`m enchanted by another...
and love`s sweet kiss
wipes the slate clean

Wonderful, NamelessOne.  This poem
shows pain and courage ---and flows
great.
