In my life, I have withstood all kinds of pain I have endured emotional torture, but still I remain I have been tested in many ways, survived trial by fire Some have tried to pull me down, but still I rose higher I lived my life the target of others anger and spite When I received only darkness, alone I found the light When life attacked me, I sat there alone and bled Covered with scars, I still go where others fear to tread When death has come, I will heed the words he has spoken But until then, my soul will remain as it is now, unbroken |

Ya know I'm glad to hear it! You are gaining strength, and that's wonderful! Things like this make me so very sad, that people can treat others this way. And that one cannot see the self worth they have. I know you don't believe what I'm about to say, but humans fail, to say the least, but when someone figures out how much their Creator actually loves them, it makes life all worth while. Each individual in my eyes is worth love, and it's so sad to see when one thinks they have nothing to live for. I was one who endured many years of abuse. But I tell ya what, somewhere that light came on and I realized I was worth more than that. And you are too buddy! HUGS |
