Venom

Silence deafens
Food weakens
Nothing around but the sound
of time
As darkness creeps
Twilite weeps
and misery slithers, crawls
slowly into my closely guarded walls
I begin to wonder
Am I trapped in my mind again?

GlassCandy,

I am surprised that no one has responded to this. I LIKE it. There is a great deal that could be read into this verse...depression or insanity. Aren't we all trapped within our own minds? A good first post! Welcome to Passions.

Hi Glass Candy,

This is very good and oh so true, I find that silence does deafen but the sounds that protrude my space is deafening as well.
