So you would hear a tale, my friend? If such is your desire… A tale of other times and place- Then sit here by my fire. And what is it that you would hear? Of days of knights and knaves? When fortune, fame, and maiden fair… Were waiting for the brave? Or mayhap you would have me tell… Of love affairs and war? Of poets, scholars, men-at-arms- And many lay in store. And how came I to know them all? I thought you understood… I lived the stories that I spin- I have immortal blood. And battles? Aye! And victories- And lasses, golden haired- And cities which we put to sack… And places which we spared. The golden beaches of the isles- And stormy, deadly straits…. We roving men have seen them all, And knocked at Hades’ gates. Aye! Speak I will, though welcomed not. And many on me rail… I’ll peer again through mists o time And spin a Traveler’s Tale. |

Then you have an awful lot to tell tales about. Let's hear em <*\\\>< YOUR LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOU! |

Gunslinger I wondered how you were able to spin these stories so well..so you have lived them. You know that I believe in Jesus and eternal life but I don't know about having past lifes on this earth..but sometimes I wonder because it seems like I have done things before or I know what is going to happen or it seems I have known certain people for ages when I havve only just met them......James |

Great poem. Yep, you are the one to spin the tales. And I have a feeling that you probably have lived many of those tales or at least parts of them. They have intrigued me many times in their realism and casualness and I hope you continue spinning them, my friend Liz |
