She comes to me in quiet time
a vesper of pure air
Let naught encroach her sanctity
or cause her to have care

Un-bidden form of plentitude
imagined never seen
To rule my feeble efforts
as subject to her queen

A voice that's never strident
yet commands me all the same
Guides movement just as surely
without knowing whence it came

I cherish what she shows me
in moments all too brief
The words though given freely
echo as I were a thief

A life will come between us
this is known but never said
She comes to me in quiet time
her voice within my head

Pepper& Mike,
I am reasonably convinced that at times we all hear voices . Well maybe that's not so reasonable , but at least I do . What we choose to do with them has alot to do with who we are .I liken this phenomena to what some refer to as automatic writing . Where this comes from I have no idea , but I do know that it allows me a glimpse of what I may yet become , and I welcome it whole-heartedly .(pretty heavy for a guy with a name like Dr. Moose huh ?)

Dr.Moose~
This one definitely speaks my name.
I am the constant receiver of the voices.
They come unbidden and softly whisper
the thoughts that I pen.
It is a feeling of awe when I glance and
view the lovely thoughts they've left
upon my page.

Wonderfully done.
A blessing to you for sure.

This is beautiful Dr.Moose! I also love it when I hear those voices and the words just flow automatically onto the paper! Those are my most fulfilling times, I think!
