They were but two lovers strong and true Fate interviened and it was not to be So they made a fateful journey to a mountain high Stood with tears in thier eyes and said a final goodbye. Thier story is told in decades to pass Who they are and why we are not sure Yet when you stand upon the spot and look out into the sky so blue You feel thier love, still pulsing true. You feel thier pain as they know it is never to be You know they loved so pure, they would rather not live alone So in death they join hands and hearts Knowing now, they will never be apart. |
