I Broke Out In Love ~*Marge Tindal*~ I broke out in love all covered with you. I hope it’s contagious and you catch it too. Itching to scratch each little spot. Hoping you come down with exactly what I’ve got ! No inoculation. There are some things that don't need a cure. Love is one of them. However, Love does make you want to scratch, if you catch my drift. (sheepish grin) A life isn't significant except for its impact on other lives. |

Denise~ Yeah ... an epidemic would be nice ! At my lunch break today at work, I sat under the 'musing tree' and started sneezing .. a co-worker asked me if I was allergic .. Hey, Marge, for you I've got the hots So bad that I break out in spots That cover me from head to toe And come with fever, don't you know? The docs say that they are not sure But they don't think there is a cure For this strange malady I've got That makes my blood so very hot. It could be terminal, I think. Spots on my cheeks are rosy pink My face is flushed...I'm prone to sweat So much each night my pillow's wet! My heart beats fast. My nerves are frayed My skin looks like pink lemonade. If this keeps up, dear Marge, I'm sure I'll Have to get an epidermal!!! So I don't know how you selected Me to be the one infected But here I am, a hopeless case Just because I saw your face. Oh my gosh, I reckon that you have got a bite of that bug too. Goodness, gracious, sakes alive ... Hope you don't break out in hives ! When your blood is pumping that hot I'm not sure it's LOVE you've got. Find a doctor that you trust. I think he'll diagnose ... a bad case of LUST ! Quite different from love, that's for sure. The good news is there's a quicker cure ! Better not go into the treatment on this page, or it might throw the readers into a rage. Take two asprin That's not an insult ... It's true, love is contagous only I am immune, and if not immune just can't spread it, snapy little poem, very cute and a nice way of looking at love, because the symtoms are painful . With poetry as your weapon - express your iner feelings so all may carry your sorrow, united as one . |
