Latency Deep down, beyond our knowing (or where the knowing comes with such great ease), the light, the dark are balanced just like the quarter moon that heralds Spring. As Spring, itself, gives witness to ways in which to get this balance right - each year, it comes to greet us with simple symmetry of day and night. The wonders of the universe are very close at hand; the clues abound, they're all around, they show the master plan. Yes, every Spring these wonders sing and beckon us to see the awesome power hidden in a seed. Deep down, within our beings, the simple truths are winging through our souls. Their flight, their dance unhurried - and yet they can so quickly take us home to peace, to understanding that is already nestled in our hearts - it rests, to be uncovered if we just open up and take our part in wonders of the universe so very close at hand, where clues abound from all around to show us how it's planned that every Spring these wonders sing and beckon us to see the awesome power hidden in a seed. © RAM 4/8/97 |

I really liked this....the awesome power in the seed. Just yesterday I was marveling at how such tender shoots push up through the hard clay soil. Someone wise said, "Who puts the seed beneath the sod and waits for growth believes in God." |

Beautiful thoughts here, RAM. Indeed, a seed carries with it a powerful essance... there is no limit to it's potential, is there? great poem. Michael |
