Beyond Loves Reach Saddened in my silence am I fair maid. As I stand in the shadows of thy world ye see me not, yet hear the cries of mine heart surely ye must as they call unto thy soul. Liken unto a nightingale's song softly whispering I love thee. How long my soul must I await the gentleness of thy touch? Know ye not my love.of the desires I hold within all are for thee The slightest glimpse of thy beauty stirs longings within mine heart I have never known alas my love thy absence I can no longer bare. Enduring as I must the silence of love my heart weeps although my heart beckons ye come unto me. I cannot for a prisoner am I within the boundaries of mine own mind for here is where I must stay, in the shadows of thy world. Only to dream of thee in the loneliness of my mind My desires, my hopes, my dreams of love and all its completeness shall dwell only in the longings of my imagination. LoneHeart~ Knave of ardor, thou hast spun tale of love not yet begun. Rapture sweetly set to song, love of capture not yet done. Sweetly though thou words may fall, unlock thine heart to have it all. I cannot come within the cell of thy mind wherein thou dost dwell. Of thine own making are shadows dark Unleash thy mind with song of lark Imagine now, thy dream come true, possible by freeing the shadows of you. Thank you for this very unexpected inspiration. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ noles1@totcon.com |

LH, this is exquisite...VERY lovely to read...it flows with grace and beauty... you have a masterpiece in this one... and look at the effect it had on margie girl...there is no better compliment than to inspire another poet with your words. perfect poem marge!! great job to you both...maybe you should write on together take care, jm she said I dont know if I've ever been good enough, and I'm a little bit rusty, and I feel like my head is caving in. ...and I dont know if I've ever been really loved by a hand thats touched me... and I feel like somethings gonna give... and I'm a little bit angry. matchbox20 |

Thank you Elizabeth for thy sweet words and thy advice you are a very beautiful soul in whom great poetry flows from so gracefully and very wise as well. With thy wisdom hear my words my kind friend, if ones cup should be filled til it runneth over and there be no vessel to catch the precious contents there of then it will be lost. If thy arm reacheth forth into nothingness then how shall thy gift be given? Loneheart |
