Ambushed By Your Love ~*Marge Tindal*~ Wanton wagons circling, painted ponies running wild and free, I feel the ambush of your love coming to capture the stampede in me. Lighting the night with passion, arrows flaming with the fire, sent to meet their mark burned with scorching desire. From the throat of the Warrior, war whoops of delight Taking now his Maiden fair waiting for this night Surrounded with the majesty of eagles flying overhead, it is not the ambush that I fear but not being claimed I would dread. I've surely been ambushed, taken with relished delight. Ambushed by your love once more on this night. ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

I'm too bushed to ambush you, Dear Margie, for your love Perhaps a push would "spur" me on.. Or else a little shove. The cattle were a pain today, Three wagons lost a wheel And strong desire to light your fire's The LAST thing that I feel! The cook rode off 'cause he got tired Of cooking pots of beans And where I sit, I've got a split In every pair of jeans. There's Injuns up there in the hills Deep snow along the pass My burro died along the way I'm dragging my poor ass. And now you want an ambush, gal? You're feeling kind of saucy? Last time you wore out Paladin And half his gol'darned posse! I'm gonna join that Injun tribe. That's what I'm gonna do And if you try to ambush me I swear to gawd I'll Sioux!!!!
