The end doesnt justify the means Peace keepers sent to foreign lands Helping not with outstretched hands But with killing machines The end doesnt justify the means Welfare to help the unemployed On which people live, for free...overjoyed Which my money supports, why was the harm not seen? The end doesnt justify the means The way this world is sometimes Never ending, increasing crimes To calm my nerves, I need caffiene The end doesnt justify the means This is my 50th post I beleive. I never thought I would stay here when I first saw this site. But I found that you people are like a second family. Thank you for all your support and I hope to stay here for a long time. Lucidity is the answer to all problems |

Lucius... I truly enjoy social statements in poems. You've done very well with this one. Enjoyed! |

Very wonderful poem, though I'm a bit late in the reply. The title caught my attention, for I've heard the argument that "Everything is moral if the ends justify the means." I never really did like that... and I really enjoyed reading a poem from someone else who believes the same as myself. Sometimes the most important things can't be seen with the eyes, but are rather felt with the heart. *Cassie Roseen* |
