A golden thread given at birth we hold tight to one end the other end is given to our soulmate sometimes the thread is very long twisting and turning traveling through dreams and wishes sometimes it is very short we sometimes miss what is right in front of us this thread is very strong it is with us for all eternity sometimes an eternity is how long it takes for us to meet our soul mate other times we meet and spend an eternity together there are times when we meet and can only spend a heart beat in time together a golden thread….laced with tears……… [This message has been edited by eyesplus2 (edited 03-27-2000).] |

I really like this. Acutally, I love it. I'd never thought of love that way before. The tragedy of it is that nobody sees the look of desperation on my face. Thousands and thousands of us, and we're passing one another without a look of recognition. |
