SWEPT AWAY

I see your eyes and realize
There's nothing left to say.
The chemistry overcomes me
Yeah, I've been swept away.

Emerald shine of love all mine,
I fall into the gleam.
Holding you near, feeling no fear,
I know ‘tis but a dream.

The picture pulls, a soft voice lulls,
Sweet magic fills the air.
A tingly dance of sweet romance
Taken me unaware.

By passions born I dare adorn
To offer you my hand.
To share by song this need I long
For you to understand.

To feel the burn, to taste in turn
The passion from your lips.
To feel your skin melting within
These searing fingertips.

A pulsating flame abating
All conscience control.
With eyes of dare meeting my stare,
As two become one soul.

So soft you call, there offer all
Of yourself unto me.
Allure of voice leaving no choice,
I answer destiny.

So crystal clear, so far yet near,
Lies our love intertwined.
I hold you tight all through the night,
If only in my mind.

You've touched me deeply with this Michael...

patience is no friend of mine right now...this was beautiful...

Remember I won't be just in your mind, soon I will be right there...
Until then...I'm keeping you close at heart...

All my love

Michael~
That super title drew me in ...
the positive thoughts held me.
This is simply lovely.
May you find that smile again.
Remember, I've got a poem saved for you for when you do !
What a joy to see the enthusiasm on the faces of two friends.

"Nothing left to say" ?  Knowing you, not bloody likely!
I am delighted for you!  (I told you it would be incredible...)
And..."your girl is lovely, Hubble..."
serenity grins.
Take good care of my sister, love...

Gen, It feels good to have a positive outlet for me, too.  Glad you liked the title, I was inspired there just a little bit, ya know!

Marge,  I remember, will be letting you know soon me thinks.

PdV, thnx, may just do that.

A Romantic Heart,  glad to steal your breath with this one, I will look for your signing.

serenity, Not likely at all me thinks...LOL I will take good care, promise.  Now don't you go wandering off into oblivion now, ya hear me?

Thank you all for the kind replies.
