Short Thoughts on Yes It was dark when stars were sprinkled on my forehead, yet, through the blue and green day I feel somewhere growing beautiful shine because of you. *** A red rose, dew curling around its velvet fingers is envious of me, passion flowers around my hot-house heart. *** Soft as the skies when white covers the sun and when the earth is damp with rain, that soft are your eyes when your heart is full of yes. *** I saw the moon tonight through a piece of tinsel, can you bring it closer so I can touch it just to see if it rings. *** There is a boy-girl where I’m the girl and loves the dash that makes them one *** In the dew of little things, the heart finds its morning and is refreshed.
