I draw you closer to me
Your warmth and light enthralling
Our love affair so new
I hardly knew I was falling

I knew I turned you on
You lit up at my first touch
But I never knew I’d need you
Quite so often or so much

You never really came alive
Until I was with you there
Then with my touch you glowed
And I knew you’d always care

I don’t care how big you are
Only that with you I am alive
I don’t love you for your gig
Nor even for your hard drive

Though I’ve never had a lover
Never even had a suitor
I plan to make you mine tonight
My sweet Micron Computer.

deVine one, any computer would be proud to have you manipulate his browser!! It's either love or insanity, if there's a difference

Rainbow, if you'll give me a chance, I promise my gig won't byte!

Pretty sad isn't it? When I think of all the times all I had was 'software'..I could have been getting 'hardware'! Used to be computer-illiterate till I learned you need to have a certain 'keystroke' and that you can manipulate with a mouse!

lol, having a love affair are we Poet deVine?   I dont blame you, course my computer used to be oh so sexy, but has long since become old and ugly. Mine must be a prostitute though, it requires money for it to be sexy again!   Excellent work, as always.
