Fear no more She stands before him, prepared for battle As she had done so many times before He Her most opposing, yet needed opponent He is.... Her teacher She has learned his teachings well , as relentless as they are Yet not withstanding some compromise Yet she remembers another time When to him by choice she was... his most willing puppet He had almost won that battle, reducing her to nothing more than a shadow existing only ........within his icy grip He had underestimated her Yet ... that it what in fact had saved her With compassion today.....she stands strong She no longer remains frozen within his grip She readied herself for his attack Rising high above out of the ashes, in hand, her weapon of strength Head on he attacks ..yet... she... drew first blood As she and him engaged in battle, silently, she thank him For it was only by his constant attacks that she had become a warrior His most willing student For she had learned his name His name.....was fear With him she walked side by side allowing his presence in her life her compromise To know love, she must except him Yet never again, allow him control For both, she fought him as a warrior would For she had learned his lessons well (c) Raven Legros Oh How I am afraid 2 love. |
