I feel you, yet cannot touch- I need you, yet cannot grasp- For what I want so much, ~If only you were here.~ I seek you- yet cannot see- I yearn, yet still I wait- For what will soon be, ~If only you were here.~ I daydream, and you’re next to me… But only in my daydreams… Our time has yet to come, you see- ~If only you were here.~ I send you unseen smiles- From screen to screen- Living in this dream- ~If only you were here.~ I hold you, with silent arms- Waiting to materialize- Waiting to belong- ~If only you were here.~ I love with growing affection- Blowing you kisses in the wind- Amazed at our total connection- ~If only you were here.~ I can’t be friends with patience- For many more lonely days- I need to REALLY feel you- *Wishing you were here.* Open arms can be the most fragile in the world... |

This is really beautiful...I feel the yearning. It is hard to be seperate, yet so close. Don't do like I did and just write alot of beautiful poetry about it, do something about it! LOL Drive a few miles if you have to, and find out for yourself, instead of just wondering and aching for something you want. I told Christopher once..."Pondering only steals away possibility." ouch!! I know this too too well. my bf lives in NY city I toronto Canada. i fly out 1 a month for three days been doing this 4 2 years. but so sad that it is It is worth it to just have him with me. I miss him much. I'm rooting 4 ya never give up!! Raven |
