How 'bout them rhyme makers, Ain't they fine? Puttin thoughts in ta words And makin' them rhyme. Them dadburn poet types Showin' they skill, Some use the Open Forum, Others use a quill. Talkin' bout love, Talkin' bout sorrow, Writin them now, Readin' them tomorrow. Them everlovin' poet writers, Ain't they neat? Writin them words, With rhythm and beat. Wanna write a ditty? If ya get the notion, Put it inta words, Put your pen inta motion. Wanna be a poet? Don't need a ticket, Find some words that rhyme, And getchya self to do it! |

I'm only puttin' this to the top fer one reason.....Cuz, all yall new folks here are really something else, and sometimes, some wise motivation helps ta keep ya writin'...and yall are really talented.....(and if ya compare your work to mine....your damn near genius).....welcome to all the newcomers from Toe....I hope your visit here lasts a very long time and you enjoy this place as much as I have...... |

Toe, sweets... if I compared my work to yours, I'd put down my pen permanently, knowing I'll never have your flair or class or wit or wisdom. *S* But I don't try to match you... I just enjoy you. *S* And I post my work instead of filing it away for years on end for one reason only... the encouragement you've given me. Thank you! |
