Love Lost

Come..
save this soul
  don't let me
drown
  In love lost
     deep
as oceans wild

  of  valley's wide
between
   hills, rustic
       ever valiant

never the
story ending
  like time, endless
      and infinite

but
fragile, similar
  to autumn leaves
         whisked away
crushed, scattered
    into..
   nothingness

Dark Angel
2000

Wow.  I hope someone does save you, if not, there may not be any more poetry like this, brilliant and beautiful.

The tragedy of it is that nobody sees the look of desperation on my face. Thousands and thousands of us, and we're passing one another without a look of recognition.

DarkAngel~
You are penning some mighty fine
poetry from your soul, gal.
This is rendered with longing.
Magnificent.
