We climb a mountainous desert, to a beckoning Indian spring, buzz of insect traffic jams, sun doing tangos on skin. Brightness of the pure sky, assures a memorable night, milky weave, falling stars let go to vigil’s light. A hot, magical brew bubbles up from the molten core, we soak away dusty roads, both traveler and explorer, pondering nature’s powers, how swiftly we forget let’s join the heavenly show, oh death, do not come yet. © 2000 CM Bailey [This message has been edited by Corinne (edited 03-16-2000).] |

I believe I have let go, recently, its a wonderful feeling. I don't know what letting go may bring me but I sure enjoy the moment. But I think I would prefer to share the moment, with a sweet friend. Parker |

Great poem, it's as if you are siting on a beutiful sandy white beach, just enjoying the beuty that life can sometimes bring, your poetry is truly immortal and even when we are all gone, your legacy will live on in the hearts of the dreamers, who like you like to sit back and taste the sweetness, of lifes fruits .
