Pretty She thinks she is not pretty, How wrong can someone be? She looks into the mirror, With eyes of misery. I wish I were that mirror, Reflecting in her eyes. She would see such loveness, She never could surmise. Deep within upon a shelf, The treasure of her goal. Shining in her secret self, The lovely of her soul. For sure there was a curtain, She placed there years ago. A dark and misty closure I'm sure that made it so. But her charisma shines within, Just a fraction, below the skin. |
