state of confusion

Open it, it’s for you,
a simple gift, really,
inside this tiny, shiny box,
the golden gilt part of me.

Just a poem, inscribed in ink,
of the indelible kind,
etched in faint memoirs
of past lives so entwined.

As though you were heaven sent,
just in time to save me from me,
for you could only be an angel
proof He exists in trilogy.

If I could only express in words,
this peace inside of my heart,
this language lacks romance,
but here is at least a start.

Know that I’m fraught with faults
afraid a tad more than a few,
but you’ve shown me a path of light
that lead me straight to you.

If you can forgive my past sins,
see something worth salvaging,
I’ll hold you dear, to my heart,
give you gifts only love can bring.

So much in the offering.

Corinne, this is hopeful, fragile and sweet.
A prayer of lucky love for you tonight!

A precious gift found within
this verse.

You are gifted.

Corinne, This is so deep, so sweet, a prayer, from your heart. There is somebody out here listening, and every word you write, sings in my mind with a heavenly voice. So much in the offering...

and gifts too..

Parker........ I smile therefore I am.

Serenity, thank you for the prayer!

Marge, you are too kind!

Marina, I hope you are right!

Parker, always see something behind your lines!  Hidden messages left to find!

Michael, I wish the same for you, dear.

If only we can accept each other for "who we are" rather than someone we'd like to mold each other into.... life would be much simpler, wouldn't it?..

Nice job, my friend..
