Moon Flower (unfinished)

This is a poem I wrote about a month ago but I never got around to finishing it.  Just wondering if it seems worth finishing to you or not?

Moon Flower

The flower
Whose head was previously raised in worship of the sun
droops it's petals, leaves and stem
It slowly shrivels and falls to the dirt

Her entrance into the earth is received calmly, through out time
And in her place grows a flower
     the color of moon light
To every passer-by she remind of starlight bright
The night becomes the day and the day becomes the night
Her brilliance over-whelming
     as if placed by heaven's hand
And out of her shines energy
     which most don't understand
She sits atop her pile of dirt
She shines with all her might
She glows from side to side by day
And top to bottom at night

Who knows if she shines of her own
     accord or those before her
She simply shines with what she has
     and glows to those who know her
Her roots drink life from previous lives
As dew drips from her eyes
And in her heart she feels the pain
of...
