I cried twice today ,
because today , i went away .
I didnt get a hug or a farewell moan ,
just a pat on the back and a "youll be fine on your own".

I had to go and find some aid ,
to keep me alive and so some words could be said .

You see , i am not well,
this room im in is more like hell,
i have a fever and i'm delerious,
somebody help , i think its serious .

i dont know how long ill be ,
youd better find someone to cover for me .

I dont quite know what to say
except that your friends are always
there..
sometimes they may be hard to talk to
but they can help.
Talk about it..
Im happy to help and so is louise.
Dont suffer on your own man.... its not healthy

Oh dear,
you ain't feelin that bad are you cabe, great poem, hope you sort it all out and become the normal bouncy Cabe, we all know and love so much .

With poetry as your weapon - express your iner feelings so all may carry your sorrow, united as one .
