....Dreams....adventures of the soul.......Love..adventures of the heart.....Dreams can be yours and yours alone...but  Love must be shared....and given to survive and grow.....Dreams keep us sane...but Love keeps us young......

This is just a simple suggestion, but perhaps make this a bit more reader friendly by changing the formatting...something like:

Dreams
adventures of the soul

Love
adventures of the heart

Dreams
can be yours and yours alone

Love
must be shared
and given to survive and grow

Dreams
keep us sane
...but Love
keeps us young

Nice poem, and I like Hoot's structure suggestions.
