I shiver in remembrance, < !signature-->Of that special misty night- The many hours of holding, Very much to my delight. Heaven’s own love drops, To fall upon our skin, Creating such romance- No beginning and no end. There with you darlin, Was far beyond compare- Soaked from head to toe- All I could do was stare. Wrapping limbs around you, So pleasing to my eyes, Marveling at your warmth, ‘Twas pleasure not denied. We ended late that night, Kissing our good-byes, Promising to meet again, Beneath the rain filled skies. Open arms can be the most fragile in the world... Oh Devina how romantic....I just love long walks in the rain. Don't know if is was cause mom said not to....or just the playing and getting wet with someone special thanks for reminding me how special it can be There are two kinds of pedestrians...the quick and the dead. Drive it like you stole it. |

devina, I know its not raining yet, but here I am. You paint it so wonderfully just the way I remember it, last night in my dreams. Parker |

Oh, it has been my experience that the best time to do anything outside short of sunbathing is when it is raining! good job, devina, I enjoyed this I am not a poet, I am merely one who speaks in emotion |

Is there more to add? Let's get going into the rain of lovers hearts Such wet but beautiful poem, a true one Ps gotta run catch the rain The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools. |

Devina- This is just so refreshing ! Much like the spring rains on a day in May. It appears to me that you are writing with your heart .... I like it. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

devina, m'dear, you have penned the stuff of secret fantasies, here -- I enjoyed the poem and the images it brought with it ... I do, however, have one suggestion regarding phrasing: in the first line, you might consider replacing "shudder" with "shiver," as the former has negative connotations that do not mesh with the intent of this piece. For example, you might "shudder" in disgust, but you would "shiver" with delight. Just my two cents -- thank you for the read, it was very -- erm -- refreshing! --Kess Full fathom five thy father lies, Of his bones are coral made, Those are pearls that were his eyes; Nothing of him that doth fade But doth suffer a sea-change Into something rich and strange... --William Shakespeare, from The Tempest |

devina, I've been listening to the song of a fallen angel. It paints of hearts turned lightly blue. and you whose wings are so unstable, I give a hug to help you through. Parker |

devina, this is so absolutely beautiful! I loved every word of it! Did Jesus laugh? I think He did, 'cause He was once a little kid; and all of us were made with joy both sugar-spice girl and snake-snail boy! |

Yet anougher success, your writing truly is devine, devina, is this the metaphor behind your user name or is it infact your real name, who knows, all I know is that you realy are devine . |
