"Love is a river" My grandad once said, "Don't drink too much or it will go to your head" "Don't jump into deep or it may pull you down" "Don't swim too fast or you'll surely drown". "Love is a merry-go-round" My daddy once said, "Too much too soon will give you a bad head" "When you get on that ride beware of the bends" "Prepare yourself sweetheart for the feelings it sends". "Love from a man" My mum said to me, "Feels like the sting you get from a bee" "Trust in that bee as you would a man" "Cus they will sting you and hurt you whenever they can". My grandma once said, "Treat love as a bird" "Look after that bird and you will never get hurt" "Love and respect him and by you he will stay" "Abuse and mistreat him..he will fly away". |

I say your Grandma she was wise But you should be treated the same you realize The poem is nice and clear Well done and written my dear Love is something treated well Keep's our hearts in binding spell Thanks for the poem I might shall say With words you have a way Thx The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools. |
