Within my own world I tried to stay. Not wanting my heart to be swept away. I have been there a few times before. It was too hard when we closed the door. So on my own, I wanted to be. Why did you have to go and find me? Decisions again I have to make. I'm so afraid my heart will break. Confusion has now invaded my space. I close my eyes, but I still see your face. Alone I've been for quite some time. Locked in this private world of mine. You want to be on center stage. And be the hand that turns the page. This hand that's reaching out for me, Is someone gentle, kind and free. So, if I give my heart to you The only thing you have to do, Is handle it with the utmost care. For once it's broken, it's hard to repair. |

Always a touching subject the heart. So often having been hurt the pain of it over takes the possible wants of tomorrow. Sometimes it takes a huge risk to get the biggest gains. And risk is never easy....more inportant matters of the heart Being in love with someone is more than just saying "I love you" |

this is a beautiful poem, i have been here so many times before, but i agree with my sister devina, i to think you sohould go for it, becuase without love, where would we be? |
