In this world of hands And the incessant demand For touch, I stand amazed That more of my ilk Don’t announce This preoccupation In the manner of other Pleasured parts. For there is a coarseness Of desire Enjoyed by and Reserved unto intimates, That quashes The politically correct And travels direct Non-stop to where The hands With The blood-red Nail polish Touch me. Lovely poem. ~Astraea "Sometimes stars can only be seen in darkness." "Sorrow's crown of sorrow is remembering happier things." |

Hi Mars ~ Neat observational/personal piece. I enjoy your propensity for including sometimes unexpected detail in your writing. Take care, Claire |

Touch, I believe, is one of the best ways to communicate love! Beautiful poem! Denise |
