I know that I hate the hurt the violence and the control but these I have learned to live with and you have grown older and not so. but when you try to talk of a cease fire of love and friendship and respect I hate you all the more. your words try to worm their way into my reason for living until I can't bear to hear even one more. after all you've put me through do you really expect for me to love you? you aren't, have never been and will never be the man that I need to love and now after all this time of living only to hate you I think I hate you more for the man that you aren't than for man you are. |

Wow! This one grabs me but hate takes up too much energy and destroys you in the end, counter-act it, find the sun and raise your face to it, feel the warmth...you just can't let him win.. OUCH! This really packs a wallop. They say there is a thin line between love and hate. Be careful about crossing it. I feel so badly for you. Best thing is to let go and forgive, move on. Life is to short to waste it on someone that isn't worthy of your love. Great writing, I felt every single blow of your pen sword. You will be in my prayers. God Bless, Crying for you. |

OUCH! Wow is this poem emotional! Hatred will most likely destroy you in the end so my advice is to simply let go. It's now simple but if you hate that guy so much why waste the energy on him? Excellent poem!!! |
