Crushed!!! Crushed is my fragile soul Burned by your selfish heart Chained to your iron goal Lost is this poet's art Blood boiling, circulation Over flowing, spilling and Producing drunken relation Heaving the emotional stand I am but loved, for what I do But not, for whom I am My heart must be hated too By a computerised robotic man Sadness always envelope's me As I walk through memory lane I feel guilty cause I'm angry So life, will remain the same Dark Angel. There's nothing wrong with feeling down--what are emotions for? It's only when you can't express it that it becomes a problem. Dark Angel, you did a fine job of expressing it in this poem, and it will not fall on deaf ears. ~Gene |
