There was a time When we whispered sweet nothings That made no sense to anyone else But was understood to our hearts Laying in your arms I felt safe, safer than all my past And I felt happy, happier when I think of the future I was with you, deeper than you will ever think I looked up at the stars They were singing, dancing and misting Blessing us with their silent laughter that only the heavens hear And only dreamers and innnocence could imagine The pit I was in when I admitted my love "I would die for you," he replied and I lay content, For I murmured the same into your ear as well Relieved that there could be no other But now that I stand by the little hill filled with memories I can only watch, silent like a guardian angel, When you hold another like you held me The cedar leaves are rustling, Whispering sweet nothings in my head and heart And I still wonder if you knew the truth Of what I really said that starry night O my dearest, lost lover, How could you have not seen? That I would have died for you, But I would also live for you as well? ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Cedar leaves represent the phrase: "I live for thee." "Sometimes stars can only be seen in darkness." "Sorrow's crown of sorrow is remembering happier things." |

Thats beautiful! ~*~ Hell is not a place of fire and a devil with a tail and horns. But a place of torment because the light of God is gone. To escape this, accept the blood of Jesus Christ! ~*~ |
