My first reaction was at first, shock. Not believing what I heard It couldn't be truth Too horible When I finaly realized what happened I broke down And cried Until I thought I couldn't anymore Then I cried some more After the tears dried, My anger arose How could anyone do this to me? How could anyone be so cruel? When all emotions came to a stop I stepped out of my nightmare of a day dream My imagination getting the best of me I breathed a sigh of relief No one took away the thing That means so very much to me No one made me leave the place That keeps my sane, alert, alive Thank goodness it is still here My family of friends all around Here at this beautiful poetry haven... Passions in Poetry Devotion The heart can think of no devotion Greater than being shore to the ocean- Holding the curve of one position, Counting an endless repetiton. -Robert Frost |

Joy, I don't think I could bear the loss of this place either. Well written about most everybody's emotions here at Passions. Poetry~ Words falling on paper, painting a dream. Shawna R. Holder Boise, Idaho |
