Windows Of The Heart ~Marge Tindal~ If hearts had windows would yours be closed? The curtains drawn as you harbored secrets of the heart? Or would the windows be opened early to catch the morning light? Fresh breezes of new friendships entering on its flight. Open the curtains, throw shutters open wide ! All the love that you are seeking will know that it can come inside. Through open windows others see inside to know that love is welcomed to come in and reside. As you gaze out the windows a most earnest wish I pen ... While you are looking out I hope God is looking in. *Inspired by a 'one-liner' from Rainbow Girl in her response to another poet. ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Hmmmm... I've been told my heart has no secrets... but takes out ads on billboards. *G* I don't think the comment was meant as a compliment... but I guess that means my curtains are open? LOL. Love the poem, Marge! |

Rosemary, my friend- I KNOW He sees into your heart ! And it shows ! Suthern- Honey child, that is indeed a compliment to you. A billboard of love ... what a novel idea. I've always taken the phrase 'wearing your heart on your sleeve to mean that it's on show for all to see' Now you've just gone and inspired me ! ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

If windows had hearts they would open wide for you, knowing that you would never let them down so there love would be free to frolic all around. God is more than looking in at you, he is beating in your heart. |

Marge, you keep your window wide open and you also hold the key to the friendship door. I think you always keep it unlocked. Wonderful poem girlfriend. |

What an eye opening poem. By reading your poetry and comments your windows are open to all. You are a lovely person. -------------- You got to get up every morning with a smile on your face and show the world all the love in your heart Then people are gonna treat you better You're gonna find, yes you will That your beautiful as you feel.~~~ Carol King |

I know that He can see in, Marge, I just hope He likes what He sees in me. Great Stuff! Sunshine Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |
