Mirrors

I looked into the mirrors
Of your eyes
And saw myself
Looking back at me.
Though the reflection
Seemed not like the me
I thought I was.
?
Perhaps it may be
The image of me
That others see.

I can live with the idea
That we are merely actors
Playing a part
But I do wish

we all look in the mirror and see a totally different person than what others see. The mirror is all backwards.
