The man that stands beside me
Tall and handsome
Forever there to guide me
He never leaves myside
Staying well with in a stride
Boots polished
Shirt neatly tucked in
Taking his hand and swiping his brim
Winking at me with a big grin
Dave you are my city cowboy
From your boots to your hat
No man on this earth can beat that
You may not have a horse
Just an old pickup truck
That sometimes happens to get stuck
I love you just the same
Gosh this is sounding lame

PS. Dave, I love you.

You can tell Dave from me, that he is one lucky guy. I love the poem.
