In the space between moments

Moonlight softly shimmers
Upon a distant sky
The rose of youth does glimmer
Within her ageless eyes.

Innocence an empty dream
Cold as silver breath
But hidden life does gleam
Shining from the grasp of death.

Her soul once laid deflowered
Hope nearly swept away
But from a cloak of endless hours
She has come to find her way.

Within a tragic midnight
A spirit of the past has rose
A heart filled with ethereal light
Now present to destroy her woes.

Clothed in robes of purest white
A phantom emersed in love
Magnificent is this show of might
From an eternity above.

Upon painted meadows she exists
Lost in the glory of forever
Rewarded with angelic gifts
Brought upon a silken feather.
