Let's Catch a Rainbow Once again God puts before us One more challenge, one more wall One more day to contemplate The meaning of it all One more cruel unanswered question One more heartache we must bear One more thorn among the roses One more grief to share Take my hand and come with me Let's live the best that we can live Let's cry and laugh and give our children All that we can give Let's count our treasures once again Let's laugh about the things we've done Let's talk about the best of times And battles that we've won Let's take a grandchild by the hand Let's show him things he's never seen Let's tell him all about the wonders Well beyond his wildest dream And in these moments we'll discover Peace and joy in many ways Let's make the best and live the best With every passing day Let's walk together side by side In memories of the times we've shared Let's dance a dance and try to catch A rainbow here and there Elizabeth Santos [This message has been edited by Elizabeth Santos (edited 01-22-2000).] |

you have no idea how much this has helped me liz, so many times ive dwelled on the point of it all and youve made me realize, it is just the battles weve won, the good times weve had, and the rainbows we so often grasp for, but rarely catch, what a beautiful moment when you get your hands on one |
