       I touched a dream

I've traveled to a thousand places,
Seen about a million faces.
But never has a face like yours,
Appeared within these foreign shores.

I've fantasied a million illusions,
Dreamt about myriad conclusions.
But never has a form like yours,
Emerged from out these alien doors.

And now beyond my wildest dreams,
You stand there in the flesh it seems.
And I am tongue tied  beyond absurd
For I cannot speak a single word.

I would the flesh in touch rejoice,
I would the sound of the spirits voice.
I would break the spell of visions night
And make it real, in the real of light.

I would split the spell of visions strife.
And treat my eyes, to the real of life.
Before the ebb of hours drain,
Before it dims, to truth again.

Before it backs to the world of seem,
Before it drifts again, to dream.

Within such beautiful musings, I am enraptured.     Wonderful work, thank you for sharing it with us!

May I never be too busy to help another's load,
Then I'll be drinking from the saucer 'cause my cup has overflowed.

Sy,
What's to say that the coach will turn into a pumpkin. Perhaps your dream will come true. Dream on, dear poet,
Love ya

A dream within a dream within
With no beginning and with no end

Where does it start
This world apart
That we live while we sleep
Is it real
The things we feel
This other life we keep

Could they be
These worlds we see
Only images to our mind
Or is it true
For me and you
Another life entwined

A world within a world within
The veil of reality dreamily thin

Where one lies down to take its end
The other seeks a life within

-----

Sir Tabin... I echo the thoughts of Lady Hoot and bow to your beautiful dream.

Excellent, Beautiful, Special.
Trying to find words
I guess I say it simple
One of the best I have read
Does that sound ok to you
This certainly would be nice as a song

The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools.

Sy, have you been reading my mind?  This is exactly how I felt when I met my Destiny. . .

Are you going through a similar situation?

Wonderful words Sy. . . going to keep this one. . . you are indeed gifted. . .
