Young, naive and inexperienced, never even been kissed. Our eyes met, you touched my hand. My heart seemed to swell, as if to burst. You gave a smile, which I returned. When we danced, you held me close. Whispers in my ear, that sent shivers to my toes. And when our dance was done, reluctantly released me. We sat and talked the hours away, watched the stars; Heard the wind in the trees. And when our evening ended, Your kiss nearly stole my breath away. Words are my medicine. Read and live and love and heal! |

I wish i could tell you how wonderful my first expierence was. This poem expresses that emotion beautifully. You have a wonderful way with recollecting the memories here, thanks for that glimpse into my own past. |

I don't think my first one was like this but I wish it had been.. HUGS Don't ask me where I'm going, just listen when I'm gone and far away you'll hear me singing softly to the dawn. |

Again, thank you. A friend told me once that my halfside and I are the one constant in her life.......the one thing she knows will never change. He is my halfside.....he completes me and I him.......we do know we have been very blessed. Words are my medicine. Read and live and love and heal! |

I also wish my first kiss could've been as magical as yours. It's kind of hard to accomplish when your entire family is watching you from the front door, however... You are an inspiration to have found true love with your very first kiss! Sonny |
