Good grief... I left for a day and look what I find... wishes belovely from several kinds of poets and friends and people I adore... keeps this birthday girl wanting s'more!  A birthday year I won't soon put aside... Hawaii and luau's and poi on pig's hide! Sea breeze and wind lores and legends a'calling... just to come home to 18 degrees, and falling! I'll soon post some photos and words a'vaulting that left me already feeling anxious and a'wanting to explore what I haven't yet seen on the isles of imagine, so lush and so green! Love to you all... Martie, Ruth...indeed, my day was great...and it has been, all month long! The great trip to Hawaii set me up to be laid down for the next two weeks...a little foot procedure going on this Monday, but aside from that, and aside from some of the sadness that the beginning of this year brought to our family, well, you could probably say that I'm very very happy to be 57, and breathing, and looking forward to the next few decades. One thing is very, very certain. PiP has been my home for nearly ten years now, and it seems like only yesterday I typed in my first few comments, my first poem. God knows how I love all of my good friends here. He also knows how I've fought to keep you all in my life, a personal situation. But if My Spouse ever finds this particular note, he will know that while he thought that you were only invisible people, someday he may know a whole lot more.
