Well, I guess you might as well say, I am homeless, now. They wouldn't approve the loan, because they said the house is too much. They said the bank had appraised the house in the $27,00 backet. The realtor is selling it in the $41,000 bracket. Now, I have no place to move, and can't stay here, because the new owner told me to vacate it. I don't know what I am going to do. I have nowhere to go. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know, I am not going to get my house after all. |

its opt anyway (overpriced turkey) can you renegotiate a new offer? maybe the seller will be more realistic after getting such a low finance offer or offer to carry a small second TD? sorry to hear it isn't going smoothly |

Sue, my friend, this is one of those moments I say "everything happens for a reason" I am sorry you didn't get the house but maybe it's best you didn't, not that house or not at this time...there's a bigger picture here. I know you will find some place where you will be happy and able to live in peace. |

Sue, in my own life, I have found that when I have been backed up into a corner with no apparent route for escaping, a door opens and I walk through it into a better place! Keep the faith, my friend! Believe that all will turn our for your higher good! We sometimes later learn that what we wanted would not have been in our best interests if we had acquired it! Trust that you will not be homeless! Sue, I'm so sorry. My wife and I were homeless for a year. It is very stressful. I pray you find shelter and a permanent home quickly.  |

So many older people need live in help.Is it possible that you can find some one in need? You can help each other through a hard time. If you have a lease the new landlord should to not be able to put you out at least until you find someplace to go. Are there any social services to help you? There are ways. I do not know how it is where you live, but surely there is something or someway. Best to you and I will keep my fingers crossed for you. martyjo |
