Muys is home again, nothing was broken, scan was clean, but she will be in pain for a long time I guess. She can walk, but can't sit. Hospitals aren't what they used to be anymore. The nurse dumpt her medications in a paperbag, without the matching boxes, she had to call in the doctor to tell her what's what. She thanks you all for the support you gave her. Tell Mum to please, adopt a bit of attitude herself, and call the hospital to complain of their "care and concern..." Soft Hugs to Mum... take care, and be well... |

So glad to hear Muys is home. We just got my husband home today after a week's hospital stay. Ours was more caring than the one Muys was in. Makes you angry when they act like they don't care! Love Betty Lou Betty Lou Hebert |

Titia, Glad Muys is home and doing well. Hope the pain goes away quickly for her, but sounds as if she will be in better care now than she was in the hospital. On a side, but related note, has anyone ever heard of patients in a hospital being woken up at 4 am for a bath before? The new hospital I go to has this as their policy and I think it is rather absurd. I mean you are in the hospital to get rest I thought.. LOL. I'd really like to know if others have ever experienced this. Dawn |
