Now C you know poets dont argue!?! Argue is such a harsh word ... not very poetic ... We have artistic differences.   You know...like about the merits of rhyme OVER free verse rambles  How long can a girl be haunted by you ... |

HEY!!!! WHERE THE HELL HAVE I BEEN??? Karen lashes into herself! You leave my butterflies alone, y'hear? OH I KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND ME...that's right...just give me back that wing, dammit... sorry Jan...tsk..always late...(a little scotch tape maybe?) now... there is free verse, and there is more than just rhyme...and you guys KNOW this...there are forms, and there is much nastiness therein... hey...I don't always like it either! Ask Nan if I've completed ONE assignment...big NOPE. But I will tell you what I like about form--it's like an athlete hopping through tires...they don't know why they are high stepping? But it comes in handy later...and then? there is "ballet"--just as disciplined, but with more delicacy...and a lot more room for interpretation too. So...which is best? Smiling...I am looking for the happy medium here...stomping through tires with an occasional pirhouette! Free Verse Vs. Rhyme? hmmm...WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE??? |

I chew gum and walk at the same time I write free verse and attempt rhyme who's to say one can't do with the other that one wouldn't do without either? And you find any sense in that, you're one up on me... |
